Nanoimprint lithography physics engine

This is a command line-based executable of our boundary element method for predicting residual layer thickness and cavity filling in the imprinting of spun-on films of viscous fluid. Request a download here.


Simulating optical reflectivity of layered materials

This Matlab code implements a transfer matrix method-based simulation of the reflectivity spectrum of multilayered materials. The implementation was designed for microscopy applications and is used in our Nanocaliper project. Request a download here.
